Holiday gift ideas!
Christmas is coming and I couldn’t be happier about it! While it was easy for me to get stressed out by all the holiday hubbub back in the U.S., here in France I try to enjoy all the things the season brings including foods, family time and lots of shopping. I’ve mentioned before that I’m a major online shopping addict and it’s never too early to start your holiday shopping. So to that end, I’ve rounded up a few of my favorite holiday gift ideas that would work for just about anyone!

Holiday gift ideas for the fashionable traveler
Here are some of my faves:
1. Everlane tee
Everlane brings designer quality t-shirts to the masses at just $15. This innovative online retailer prides itself on offering high-quality clothing and accessories at prices you can afford by being radically transparent. They know their factories, know their costs and put it all on the table for you to see. Everlane does modern basics for men and women at their finest! (Everlane.com, $15)
2. HipKNOTies
If you tend to overpack on trips, the versatile HipKNOTies is all you need to look fashionable. Twist and tie the soft material into a dress, shawl, top, skirt or more and look chic at the same time. My favorite way to wear it is a skirt over leggings. Available in a variety of colors and sizes, the HipKNOTies is one item that women of every shape and size will love! (Hipknoties.com, $68 for the medium)
3. Baggu bag
You never know when you’ll have to make an impromptu stop at the grocery store or need to run other errands, so keep a Baggu bag on you at all times. At just $9 each and available in a variety of colors and patterns, these durable bags make excellent stocking stuffers and fold up to fit nicely in your purse or glove compartment. No more boring paper or plastic bags here! (baggu.com, $9)
4. Paris New York Postcards
There’s something about receiving a handwritten note that just makes everything right in the world. Whether you send one of these beautiful Paris versus New York post cards to a France/New York lover or anyone at all, it’ll be a welcome surprise. The colorful graphics that compare the two cities are fun and would look great as decor items in frames too. (amazon.com, $18)
5. Contigo Autoseal Mug
If you’re prone to spills, the Contigo Autoseal 16 oz. Mug is just the gift for you. The patented AUTOSEAL technology makes sure that your coffee or tea only comes out when you want it to, so feel free to turn it upside down, drop it or shake it — no leaks or spills here. My fave color is the purple! (gocontigo.com, $21)
6. Lolly Watch
Who can resist a watch that actually smells good? I’m not kidding — the Lolly Watch juice collection is lightly scented in some of the yummiest flavors around, like coconut, blueberry and even pineapple. Light on the wrist and casually chic, this watch gets bonus points for being eco friendly as well. It’s made of Eco-Resin (not plastic!), a naturally sustainable polymer which comes from softwood. How cool is that? (Lollywatch.com, $85)
BONUS PICK: Tortuga Outbreaker Backpack
If you’re the type of traveler who hates checking a bag, the Tortuga Outbreaker Backpack is exactly what you’ve been waiting for. With a volume of 35L, it’s the perfect travel backpack for a weekend trip and easily stows away in the overhead bin. It’s frontloading like a suitcase, has sturdy adjustable straps, and comes with a hip belt to take the strain off your shoulders and back making it a no-brainer for your next trip. (Tortuga, $299).

I seriously have about 10 Everlane tees in my closet, they are the BEST! Also love their terry sweatshirts too, I kind of live in those all winter;-)
We’re also huge fans of the NYC/Paris postcards, I’m hoping to get those in my stocking this year;-)
