If you’re a bit obsessed with online shopping like I am, you’ve probably discovered Etsy. The online marketplace for all things handmade is quite addictive and if you have a pet, there are some really great things to be found.

From handmade jewelry to leashes to everything your pet’s heart desires, Etsy can keep you busy on a rainy day and then some.
Here’s my list of the top Etsy dog finds:
1. Pet necklace – akaoriginals
akaoriginals was started by Amber, Kim and Ashley — a mom and her two daughters. From pet lockets to family pieces and more, akaoriginals will create a unique piece just for you. I am in love with my Dagny necklace and wear it proudly every day. You can add your pet’s name, birthstone, a charm or just keep it simple. Simple, elegant and and never gaudy, akaorignals won’t disappoint.
2. Snood – DayDogDesigns
If you have a dog with long ears, it’s important to get them up and out of the way before mealtime. This is especially important if you feed your dog a raw diet. Trust me when I tell you that there’s nothing worse than picking out dried pieces of raw meat from your Cavalier’s ears twice a day. While the snood look reminds me of the grandma from Snow White, it serves a purpose. Pick one up for your long-eared prince or princess at DayDogDesigns. In addition to snoods, this Etsy shop run by Terri (who has Cavaliers!!) also sells collars, leashes and other dog items at reasonable prices.
3. Dog clothes – myknitt
If dressing up your dog is more your thing, check out the Chicago-based shop myknitt. This Etsy dog shop has cute sweaters that will keep Fido warm when there’s a chill in the air. Classy and colorful, your princess will soon become the envy of all her friends. And what’s even cuter is that you can get a crochet hat for yourself to match!
4. Pet throne – Designercraftgirl
Looking to pamper your pet with a taste of luxury? Look no further if a dog bed is what you’re after. While not cheap, Designercraftgirl makes some of the most beautiful pet beds around. They’re beautifully crafted pieces of furniture that will make your furry friend feel like the king of the castle, er, your living room.
5. Dog duvet – The Olive Crow
Every dog needs a dog bed, right? Chic and modern, The Olive Crow makes fabric dog duvets that look like they belong in your family room. Patterns range from chevron to stripes and will soon become your dog’s go-to spot. Oh, and the best part is that they’re affordable!
