France has some of the best pastries in the world and anyone who has ever visited the country will confirm that. One of my favorite pâtissiers is Damien Vétault in Angers, France, not far from where I live. His modern takes on classics and always fresh and seasonal ingredients will make your mouth water, and I caught up with the man behind the delicious desserts back in the spring. He graciously allowed me to interview him for The Good Life. He talks about his inspiration, what his workday is like, his favorite ingredients and more.
